Chad began working as a framer for Hartman while still a student at the University of Wisconsin Stout. After he obtained his degree in Construction Management he continued to work as a framer. As Hartman grew, Chad transitioned into the role of estimating and scheduling, until he reached his latest title of Vice President. His depth of experience, from job site to management, contributes to the seamless completion of projects.

Chad is an outdoor enthusiast, who balances his love for fishing and hunting with the various activities that interest his two young children. He and his wife, Angel, spend weekends attending hockey, soccer, dance, gymnastics and whatever else his little ones bring home.
