VINTAGE COLLECTION, CREATE YOUR OWN PLAN

 While viewing the various elevations, notice the following common characteristics….

-They are all 30 feet wide on the face of the house

-A center door is common to all 

-In each plan, the front facing windows are in close proximity from one plan to the next

-All elevations have a three car garage either lineal across the front or a third deep tandem garage

The process works like this…

-Select a Vintage Collection Elevation drawing that fits your vintage taste

-Once you have selected your favorite, click on Vintage Collection Floor Plans

- Choose the set of floor plan that fits your preferred layout

- If the layout is not exactly what you had in mind, don’t worry, all of floor plans can be adapted to fit your individual requirements

Now for the “advanced design eye”…this is really neat…you can go a step farther and even co-mingle the floor plans between each set.  Here is a common example of our unique process at work.   A homeowner tells us “I love the Cape Cod front elevation, and we are going with the Brooke main level and the Isabel upper level, however I’d like all the rooms to be a bit larger and I’d prefer a bigger great room as well.”  Our response is… “No problem!  We’ll simply add two feet to the plan on the side of the house to make your rooms larger and give you a bump-out on the back of the great room to increase its size.”

 As you are creating your home on our site, keep in mind to look for the location of the stairway, it must align between each floor.    Another, situation you may encounter when you combine plans is ending up with two laundry rooms.  If you have a large family…maybe that isn’t all bad!  However, we will easily remedy it by taking the additional laundry room space and converting it to better use…such as making the mudroom larger or perhaps converting that extra space to a closet.
